    Jeanette Dupree (Jeannette)
Jeanette Dupree is the face of The Note, a jazz club and neutral ground. "Neutral for Life" Minus
Jeanette Dupree is a changeling of the Winter Court, and the owner of The Note, a jazz club and accorded neutral ground. As a changeling she has a foot in both worlds, and navigates the supernatural political spectrum with practiced grace. She remains resolutely neutral in all things, siding unashamedly with herself and her business.

She likes brisk business in her club, but when it's crowded every night, she knows it's not the food or the music that's bringing in the customers... It's the night itself people are escaping. "When business is booming, that's a bad sign."

Jeanette is famous for not divulging her age, chiding that it's very bad manners to ask a woman such a thing. She also refuses to spread gossip, excusing herself from questions with her necessity of neutrality, but it's clear she likes to listen to it. Customers find her to be a very sympathetic bartender.
