An athletic bodied man with a young face, steady eyes, and a fairly good condition set of Marine heavy armor in ancient fatigues.
Background:
Samuel was a U.S. Marine infantry soldier who volunteered with his unit for a special stasis sleep/learning training. For some strange reason when the base was attacked there was a power surge that caused the machine they were sleeping in to malfunction. He and his squad were essentially frozen in stasis for 50 years, only to awaken 2 months ago He awoke with Specialist JACKSON, TAMMY, M. Specialist Jackson unfortunately was unable to handle the strain of the psychic malestrom and an unattended awakening from stasis and died screaming with blood flowing out of her eyes

The base was more or less intact, even after the 50 years that had passed. The Nuclear Reactor, designed to recycle its spent fuel, is no where near even its half life cycle so there still was power. Whatever happened 50 years ago killed everyone in the base, but left the structure intact. The base has been securely hidden under the desert a short way away from Vegas the whole time, and the biometric locks kept anyone who was curious from getting in. He woke up in the Medbay, and has been unable to get the computers working well enough to gain access to the other parts of the base. He knows he should be able to get access to the armory, stasis control room, and Archives. There is also a large armory of experimental weapons and armor that he is unable to access due to lack of security clearance, namely lazer rifles and super armor.

He spent that last month scouting outside of the base to see what the world has become, and trying to find some of the entrances to other secret bases in the area. Now he has decided to go into Vegas and see what is going on there.
