Bought subscription... need help!

Hi,

I need help with the premium account service- I subscribed through my wife's Amazon account and I now realize the membership is probably tied to the subscribing email address. My email is xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx could someone handling memberships please send me an email so I can forward a copy of the purchase receipt and get my email and account linked to the purchase?
